Whether it was a car that belonged to a member of his family or anyone else’s, Carlos spent much of his early life working on automobiles, a fact which eventually led him to a career in automotive maintenance. Carlos has spent the last year of his eight-year automotive career here at Lake Norman INFINITI. Carlos enjoys helping current customers enjoy the level of service to which they are accustomed and exposing new customers to a level of service they have never experienced before. For Carlos providing this level of customer care is a way of life in which he takes a great amount of pride.
